Processing
Orders placed before 2pm local time ship the same business day. Anything after that, or at a weekend, ships the next business day. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is created.

Shipping is free on every option, everywhere we ship.
Duties and taxes
Prices are shown excluding local import duties. If your country charges duty on arrival, that's payable by you. We can't calculate it in advance because it varies by country and by declared value.
If it doesn't arrive
If tracking hasn't moved in seven days, or the parcel is marked delivered and isn't there, email support@husvel.com. We'll chase the carrier and, if it's genuinely lost, send a replacement. You don't pay twice for one order.
Wrong address
We ship to the address you enter at checkout. If it's wrong, tell us within two hours and we can usually catch it before the label prints.
